Pentapoints Rewards Policy

Pentapoints are our rewards system for returning customers.
Points are earned automatically when you are logged into your account at checkout.

How to Earn Pentapoints

Account Actions

  • Create an account: +100 Pentapoints

  • Subscribe to email: +150 Pentapoints

  • Subscribe to SMS: +150 Pentapoints

  • Email + SMS Combo Bonus: +50 Pentapoints
    (Bonus only applies when both are completed under the same account.)

Shopping Rewards

  • Every $1 spent: +1 Pentapoint (1% back)

To earn points, you must be logged in during checkout.

Account & Login Requirements

Pentapoints are only awarded when:

  1. You have an active PentaGems account

  2. You are logged into that account during checkout

  3. You subscribe using the same email/phone number tied to your account

Orders placed without being logged in do not earn points.

No exceptions.

This includes:

  • Guest checkout

  • Checking out before creating an account

  • Checking out while logged out

  • “I forgot to log in” situations

  • Using a different email or phone number

We cannot retroactively add points to past orders.

No Retroactive Points

Points cannot be added to:

  • Past orders

  • Guest orders

  • Orders placed under the wrong email

  • Orders placed before the rewards system existed

This keeps the system fair for everyone.

Redeeming Pentapoints

  • Minimum redemption: 100 Pentapoints ($1 value)

  • Apply rewards directly at checkout

  • Only one reward can be used per transaction

  • Points may not stack with certain discount codes

Refunds & Adjustments

  • If an order is refunded or cancelled, points from that order are removed.

  • Points redeemed on refunded orders are not returned.

  • If SMS/email consent is withdrawn, any bonus points remain but new bonuses will not trigger.

Point Expiration

  • Pentapoints do not expire as long as your account shows activity within 12 months.

  • Accounts with no purchases or logins for 12+ months may be cleared.

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to revoke points or disable accounts engaging in:

  • Multiple accounts

  • Self-referrals

  • Fake email/SMS signups

  • Attempting to bypass login requirements

  • Exploiting system errors or bonus triggers

Pentapoints exist to reward real customers who follow the rules.
